Forklift charging stations are critical assets that require a higher level of protection than standard walls or columns.
A collision involving forklifts or other heavy equipment can damage chargers and batteries, potentially triggering catastrophic fires or explosions.
Given that these chargers are high-value equipment, we strongly recommend installing specialized barriers to ensure operator safety and prevent significant asset loss.

For this project, P&F KOREA implemented the SWINGTECTOR Guardrail system as the optimal solution for the client’s charging infrastructure.

Key Implementation Details:

• - Collision Prevention: SWINGTECTOR Guardrails were installed directly in front of the charging stations to establish a reliable physical barrier against vehicle impacts.
• - Optimized Visibility and Cost-Efficiency: Instead of installing a bulky double-tier system, we integrated short pipe extensions onto each post connector.
  This design enhances safety while maintaining a clear line of sight for drivers. This smart approach provides superior visibility and protection at a highly competitive price point.
