Pallet racks in logistics warehouses are highly susceptible to frequent forklift collisions during loading and unloading operations, making post protectors an essential safety requirement. A damaged rack post loses its load-bearing capacity and structural integrity, which, in severe cases, can lead to a catastrophic rack collapse.

We offer two specialized solutions tailored to site conditions: the "Post Bumper" and the "Post Guard".

                       

The image below shows the post protection solution we provided to our client.
We installed Post Bumpers at the base to withstand heavy direct impacts from forklift chassis, while Post Guards were attached to the upper sections for easy position adjustment.

                              


For facilities operating High-bay Racks, Post Guard can be installed on each level to protect rack posts and facilitate easier pallet loading.
To mitigate this risk, Post Guards were installed on the columns at every tier to ensure comprehensive rack protection.
Post Guard is designed with Velcro fasteners instead of anchors, it is easy to install on pallet posts. This simple setup not only protects the racks but also significantly enhances visibility.
